Ideal setting, laundry service and small grocery store. The rocking benches and outdoor fire pit are a real bonus. The option to cook in the rooms is ideal given the prices and quality of nearby restaurants.

When we arrived on a Friday afternoon between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m., we noticed that this is a very large resort with many rooms and a lot of staff. The line at the front desk quickly became very long. Unfortunately, our check-in felt rushed and impersonal. While the reception staff processed guests very efficiently, we did not feel genuinely welcomed. We had a few questions, but it seemed that the main priority was to move guests through the line as quickly as possible. Even during busy periods, taking a little extra time to answer questions in a friendly and welcoming way would make guests feel much more valued. Unfortunately, our first impression of the room was disappointing. There was a chocolate-covered ice cream bar left next to the bed, and the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed properly. The room itself also felt quite dark. When I placed the bath mat on the bathroom floor, a cloud of dust came up. At that moment, I was honestly relieved that we were only staying for two nights. We also found dirty dishes in the room, which further added to our disappointment. I went to the front desk to report these issues, and this was when our experience changed for the better. Alex was exceptionally kind, calm, professional, and understanding. He listened carefully to our concerns, took them seriously, and immediately arranged for everything to be taken care of. Thank you, Alex, for your excellent customer service. As a family, we truly appreciated your empathy and the way you handled the situation. The resort itself has so much to offer. There are several pools, a gym, and pleasant common areas where guests can relax. It is clear that this property has great potential and could provide an outstanding guest experience. However, the cleanliness and overall maintenance need more consistent attention. We hope our feedback will be shared with the entire team. Regular reminders for all staff about maintaining high cleanliness standards would certainly help. At the same time, encouraging guests to respect and look after the facilities would also contribute to keeping the resort attractive for everyone. It would be a real shame if such a beautiful property with so many great amenities did not reach its full potential because of issues that can be improved through better attention to detail and consistent management. We genuinely hope the resort continues to improve, as it has everything needed to become an excellent place for families to stay.

The location is very convenient. The rooms are simple, but in a good way - everything you need without being overly fancy. The staff, however, weren’t particularly friendly. They seemed a bit like they just didn’t care. We wanted to upgrade to a room with a better view, but the guy at the front desk didn’t even bother checking if anything was available. Maybe there really wasn’t anything available and he already knew that, but a little more effort and involvement would have been appreciated. What really made things worse was that the elevator in our building wasn’t working, so we had to carry heavy suitcases up to the third floor. If I visit Yosemite again with my family, I’ll probably look for another place to stay.

An excellent hotel, truly spacious and with many amenities, including a restaurant/pizzeria and a souvenir shop within the reception area. The location is convenient for accessing Yosemite, as it's just a few kilometers from the entrance. The only downside we found is that the hotel, being large, is quite spread out. It's a bit difficult to find your room, and if you arrive late, you often can't find parking near your room.
